A boy who takes his licks
When they were younger, the boys enjoyed the frozen treats on a stick that had jokes and riddles written on the stick. You had to finish your treat before you'd learn the punch line.
So, when Elder Son opened his frozen treat recently, he sighed. "Oh. There's no joke on this Popsicle."
And I replied, "Just the one licking it."
He nodded. "That's actually kinda funny... if it hadn't been about me."
