Man Bun

Younger Son has surfer dude hair.  It's wavy, and it looks completely awesome without needing to he combed. In fact, it looks better left wild to curl and flow in the wind.
Younger Son has grown his hair out to a point that he can now gather it back into an elastic band.

When anyone calls this style a "man bun", Younger Son delights in shouting, " IT'S NOT A MAN BUN!"

Tonight, I told Younger Son he is right.
Me:  That's not a man bun.
He:  (eyes me suspiciously)
Me:  It's a BROnytail!
He:  You're done.

Bronytail, everyone.
It's now a thing.
