School Day

Two girls walked past my house this morning. The backpacks they carried meant they were on their way to their first day of school.

I stood frozen, watching them go... trying to decide how I felt about having two sons too old to go to public school. 

I'm still not sure.

I've got a lot of adjusting to do with this new normal, I guess.
