Not to worry. Everybody knows that multi-vitamins don't work.
You tinkle most of 'em out before they ever absorb.

Maybe.
I don't believe much in vitamin pills. Maybe they are better than they once were, but I never noticed much difference when I was taking them decades ago.
I guess.
