Cancer certainly does suck. Sorry to hear you seem to have lost another friend to it.
Isn't it still weird to say to someone you knew growing up, "and how are your grandchildren?"
But then who the heck wants to say "sorry for your loss" to ANYONE, much less an old classmate. Or their kids or grandkids?
Cancer DOES indeed suck!
