Budget shorts fall

When the local school district's athletic department over-spent its budget, it made headlines.
As the story broke on my radio station, I teased the upcoming newscast by saying:

"Local school budget finds gym shorts."


That's gym shorts, folks.
Shortage in the gymnasium.
Gym shorts.  Get it?
