I drive an SUV because I'm often hauling junk for my antique store as well a couple of kids. There just really isn't any other type of vehicle that works for that. If I bought a truck, I wouldn't have room for the kids and their friends. If I bought a car, I wouldn't be able to haul furniture. So there you have it. I feel that I have a good enough excuse for owning an SUV to be exempt from the evil eye.
BH drives a bigass SUV. He doesn't haul furniture. Or kids. Just. His. Bigass.
I don't find it offensive. Maybe people in SUV's are cranky about the gas prices. I know I am.
