What I learned over Summer Vacation (Part 1)

I learned that:

• no matter how many times I repeat my instructions to the children, and
• no matter how creative and detailed a note I leave on the table in clear view of everyone

The boys will read the note and follow my instructions only after they have called me at work and explained how I didn't tell them how to do anything.

"Did you read the note?"
"You left a note?"
