Things I learned on Facebook last week (nsfw)

How about that?
This post is NSFW.
There's a first time for everything, I guess...

1)  The word "shit" is funny.  Oddly enough, the word "poop" is offensive to people who use the word "shit" a lot.
Now, I grew up on a farm, and I can confirm that poop is not all that funny; however, I wouldn't have thought it's necessarily offensive.  Perhaps people who use the word "shit" a lot are offended by people who use the word "poop" because it makes the shit-sayers feel small for using words like "shit".
Then again, perhaps people who use the word "shit" a lot grew up with some pretty funny shit and would know better than me which kind of shit is funny and which is not.

2)  People who use the word "shit" a lot generally don't have much else to say.

3)  Adolescent males who never learned how to talk to girls get very upset when girls punch them in the arm.

4)  Adolescent males who get upset when girls punch them in the arm shouldn't run around Facebook the playground pulling on a girl's pigtail, because that girl will punch the shit out of his arm.

That's about it.
There's nothing more to see here.

Considering that the English language, in all its manifestations, has a vocabulary of over 600,000 words, of which, probably 100,000 adjectives, it very likely says a great deal about the educational development (and possibly the education system itself) of the people who replace all possible adjectives with just four four letter words commonly referred to as "expletives."

A large part of my career involved 'poop' or SH-1-T in all its forms. No, I don't think its very amusing either, though to see one of these morons land themselves in it ... Now that could be amusing.

Indeed, it would!
All I did was punch him in the arm, though. ;-)
