Dear Roses; 

#1 - There will never, ever be a talk show host that everyone likes.  At best, only half of the listeners will hate whoever hosts that show. 

#2 - This is not your responsibility, nor is this something you can change.

#3 - They seem to like you no matter who hosts the show.  That's really something.

#4 - Repeat as necessary.
