Another night with no sleep
Me: I feel miserable. I don't know if I'm so tired I could cry or so tired I could bite someone's head off.
Elder Son: ...
Me: ...
Elder Son: I... hope it's so tired you'll cry.
Me: Yeah? Well, maybe you wanna leave for school early before we find out which one it is.

We are in the same boat. My boys walked on egg shells yesterday or got put in time out or toys taken away. I was exhausted.
vw bug: Are your kids like mine? I give them fair warning that I am moody and things that would be funny on another day certainly will not be funny today. I tell them I need to be left alone and they should entertain themselves. They nod in understanding, but then they go about their day as if they don't care to celebrate another year of life anyway.
Argh.
