Clearly, unbreakable ornaments on the tree were a good choice this first year with a new cat.

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care... for about 5 minutes before he yanked them down. Fortunately none of the heavy stocking hangers hit him on the way down, so those have been packed away again.

Good thing minimalism is all the rage this year 🤷‍♀️
