You are what you eat.

My breakfast included Raisin Bran.
Pouring it out of the box, I grumbled how I was getting mostly flakes and very little fruit.

"Well, you are what you eat," someone remarked.
"Oh yeah?  Then, that makes me raisin flakes."

Raisin' flakes.

"I think you just insulted the children."
"Yes, I did."

Christie: I've always thought so. If you can't be insulted by those who love you, who *can* you be insulted by?

Would it insult them to point out that you have no more than 30 seconds to eat them before the milk turns it all into mush palatable only by a baby or a 90-something nursing home resident?

Just sayin'. ;)
