Satisfaction

I spent years saying things like, "Who put the water pitcher back in the refrigerator without any water in it?  If you use all the water, refill it!"

About a month ago, I stopped refilling the pitcher.  Decided I'd just use tap water for anything I needed.  See what would happen.

Just one day later, I heard a voice call from the kitchen, "Hey!  Who didn't put any... oh."

I tried that same technique with cleaning the kitchen. It just got stinky. 'Corse I was dealing with grown men.

Dani: This approach never works with cleaning.
It's only effective with things the other person has consistant need for.
Like toilet paper on the roll.
Warm water in the shower.
The TV remote...

We used to have a water pitcher.

I stopped filling it.

The spouse Thingy's reaction? Buying a fridge with a water and ice dispenser...

What men will do to avoid doing ANYTHING...

At our house it is closing the bathroom window after your shower when the heat/air condidioning is running...this morning Stubble got a text from his dad and a cell phone call from me (all just before 6 AM) to make sure that the window was closed right before he left for his 7 AM class...his response (no doubt with eye rolling) was "you guys need to communicate better"...
