Patience

I am not a patient woman.

In the spring, after I transplanted day lillies from the side of the house to the front where I could see them better, I stared out the window for weeks waiting for them to bloom.
It was a long wait.

This past weekend, I planted my tulip bulbs.
If I did it right, they'll bloom in the spring.

*sigh*
And it's only Tuesday.

To-morrow, and to-morrow, and to-morrow, Creeps in this petty pace...

Or as we used to quote it in high school back in El Paso:
"Tomorrow, y tomorrow, y tomorrow, crips in these petty pace fron day to day, to the lass syllavle de recorded tine;
Y all our jesterdays ha' lided fools the way a dusty death. Ow, ow, brif candle!
Life ees but a walking chadow, a poor player, lo que struts y frets his hour upon el staish,
And then is her no more. Eet's a tale tole by un idiota, fool de sound y fury, sinnifying nada."

I always think that planting some bulbs would be a good idea - and then I get busy and never do it... ;P
