Symantics

Anyone else have a kid who picks apart words?

"Did you drop your brother off at scouts?"
"We're leaving now."
"You're leaving home?"
"No. We're leaving there."
"You're leaving scouts?"
"Yes."
"So, you dropped your brother off at scouts."
"That's what I said."

"Stop backing up your bike. The kickstand is down and it's jammed against your pedal."
"No, it's not."
"It is. Look."
"No, it's not. The pedal is jammed against the kickstand."

I'll trade you.
I'll trade you right now.

i can't wait until my blurpy gets old enough to talk back. that should really make mommy's head explode. ha ha ha

PS mommy had a C-section so it was hard for her to sit and blog for me. she isn't that flexible! ha ha ha...although we could make a lot of money if she was...

Mr. Hendrix: I know about those c-sections, oh yes I do. Tread lightly on her belly. No pounce!

I'll trade you a cat, but you'll have to come fetch.

Bob: I *am* a cat person. Being so, you know I don't fetch. :P
