Which driver is more annoying?
Driver A) Tosses still-burning cigarette butts out the window, or
Driver B) Cranks up stereo so loud that you can't hear what's coming out of your own radio

As I drove around yesterday with my windows open and radio full blast I got very annoyed at all the cigarettes being tossed out windows. So I would say the cigarette thing.

Yes. ;-)
cigarettes....music is but a temporary annoyance...the butts stay there...yuck.
What bothers me most about the cigarette butts is that they're almost ALWAYS still lit.
In addition to littering, the thing is ON FIRE!
Who would ever light a gum wrapper on fire and pitch it out the window?
No one!
But a ciggy butt? Oh, sure!
Don't think twice about it.
Argh!
Depends on whether the cigarette flies into my open window :-)
